Our lab focuses on providing a full service: from new product development to technical advice and documentation (sectoral regulations, Finat tests, etc.) through scrupulous quality systems - all that is required to meet the specific needs of each customer.

CUSTOMER AREA - EDI
We work with platforms such as EDI to secure the automated management of orders, delivery slips and invoices. The Customer Area in our website offers the following functionalities:
- Online placing and monitoring of your orders. Checking your order history.
- Displaying images of your labels.
- Downloading data sheets.
ENGINEERING
We design and install different turnkey labelling systems at the customer’s plant. The support of our partners (Toshiba, Zebra, Cab, Altech, BRB, Datalogic...) enables us to apply the latest technologies to our labelling machines.
IT
We rely on our own software development-specific department. We are experienced in integrating the labelling solution into your ERP management system (SAP, Navision….), interacting with your production lines as any other element in your system does. Codesoft and Bartender guarantee the utmost flexibility.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE
Our technical team consists of highly specialized professionals who possess a wide experience.
Our objective is to secure your utmost productivity. For this purpose we use innovative tools such as Telemaintenance guaranteeing an immediate response to any eventual situation. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We offer maintenance contracts adapted to the specific need of each customer.
